We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Charter Flight Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential customers for private jet and charter flights. Responsibilities include cold calling, email and online prospecting, researching potential clients, qualifying travel needs, following up with leads, and scheduling qualified prospects with our charter sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable with outbound sales, is highly organized and persistent, and is motivated by performance-based goals and earning potential. Previous sales, lead generation, luxury travel, or aviation experience is a plus but not required.

We’re seeking a motivated and professional Charter Flight Sales Agent to manage client inquiries and generate sales for private charter flights. This role involves communicating with clients to understand their travel needs, preparing and presenting charter options and quotes, following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and coordinating closely with operators and internal teams to ensure a seamless booking experience. The ideal candidate is confident, responsive, detail-oriented, and skilled in sales and relationship building, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-value environment. Previous experience in private aviation, charter brokerage, luxury travel, or sales is preferred but not required.
